We aim to provide information that is accurate, practical, and grounded in real customer needs. We do not use AI to invent experiences, reviews, or technical facts.

When you contact us (e.g. by email, phone, WhatsApp, or QR support), you are supported by our team. If automated assistance is used, it is intended to speed up help—not to replace human support.
