You bring your old device to the workshop (brief information: make/model, problem, accessories).

Acceptance & Device Check

We'll take in your device, perform an initial visual inspection, and clarify your goal (repair, trade-in, or advice on purchasing a new one). Then we'll check the technology, safety, and condition – e.g., motor/drive, cutting unit, wear parts, and electrical system/battery.

Result & Recommendation

You will receive a clear assessment:

  • Repair worthwhile / not worthwhile
  • Estimated costs and effort
  • New purchase (suitable options)
Return offer (if applicable)

If the device is suitable, we will make you a buyback/credit offer .

Select new device & trade in old device

We offer brand-independent advice and will find the perfect new device for your garden and your needs. The agreed-upon trade-in value will be deducted directly from the purchase price.

Handover & Getting Ready

You take your new device with you (upon request: instruction, basic settings, start-up service if necessary).
